Shipping policy

Every order ships from my studio in New Westminster, BC, usually within 2 business days.

United States: US$8, tracked. No extra charges on delivery.

Canada: Canada Post Expedited Parcel, about CA$17, tracked.

Everywhere else: priced at checkout, usually CA$12 to 16. The cheapest option may not include tracking. Tracked Packet costs more and is tracked the whole way.

Import tax: outside Canada and the US, your country may charge import tax or duty on delivery, depending on where you are. If you'd rather have that handled at checkout, buy through my Etsy shop instead: https://www.etsy.com/shop/joelschat

Lost parcel? If an untracked parcel hasn't arrived 30 days after it shipped, email me and I'll send another one, upgraded to tracked shipping depending on the country.
